On December 12th, the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) granted a license to Enjinstarter's AYA platform, a climate-friendly Web3 company, to provide encrypted asset and investment services, but certain conditions must be met before the service begins. (Cointelegraph)
