The U.S. SEC postpones decision on Invesco Galaxy Ethereum Spot ETF
PANews reported on May 7th, according to The Block, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stated in a document released on Monday that it will postpone the decision-making time for Invesco Galaxy Ethereum Spot ETF until July 5, 2024. The SEC said: "The committee believes that it is appropriate to designate a longer period to issue orders approving or disapproving proposed rule changes so there is enough time to consider the proposed rule changes and questions raised therein." Over the past few weeks, the SEC has also delayed decisions on other Ethereum spot ETFs including Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, VanEck and BlackRock.
