Montenegro's Attorney General discusses Do Kwon with the US SEC
The Ministry of Justice of Montenegro stated on Wednesday that the authorities recently met with representatives from the US Securities and Exchange Commission to discuss the investigation into Do Kwon, the former head of Terraform Labs, and broader issues related to protecting cryptocurrency investors. The ministry stated in a statement that the US Securities and Exchange Commission has submitted the investigation results of Mr. Quan and the court proceedings against Do Kwon to Minister of Justice Andrej Milović. Although the press release did not disclose specific details about the discussion regarding Do Kwon, this discussion may indicate progress in the extradition case of Mr. Quan, which has been in a deadlock previously.
