Rong Ren Goh, the portfolio manager of Singapore's HanYa Investment, stated that market volatility may increase after Trump takes office. Therefore, from a trading perspective, this indeed presents opportunities. This fluctuation stems from uncertainty about how he plans to fulfill some of his campaign promises. Now, the market is only focused on the prospects of tariffs because it is the easiest lever to pull directly under presidential executive orders.
