Fuse Network Partners with Stargate to Boost Cross-Chain Interoperability and Liquidity
Fuse Network , a payments-focused blockchain, has announced a strategic partnership with Stargate , the industry’s leading cross-chain asset bridge. Through the use of Stargate’s Hydra technology, the collaboration seeks to improve cross-chain interoperability and liquidity inside the Fuse ecosystem, enabling smooth, safe, and economical asset transfers.
As it looks to grow its ecosystem and provide customers with a seamless experience for moving digital assets across blockchains, the integration represents a major turning point for Fuse. Moreover, Fuse facilitates a more efficient and scalable method of doing cross-chain transactions by doing away with the need for conventional liquidity pools by using Stargate’s unified liquidity model.
Fuse users may bridge important digital assets like USDC, USDT, and WETH from more than 20 chains straight into the Fuse Network thanks to Stargate’s Hydra technology. Without depending on specialized Fuse liquidity pools, these assets are supported by locked native reserves on Stargate’s core blockchains, including Ethereum and Arbitrum, ensuring security and dependability.
The functionality and accessibility of Fuse Network are further increased by Hydra’s composable asset model, which enables users to engage with decentralized apps across the omnichain ecosystem. Users and developers benefit from a more efficient system as Stargate’s multi-chain infrastructure makes it possible to access unified liquidity, doing away with the requirement for distinct liquidity paths and lowering dependency on incentive-based liquidity programs.
High-volume transactions may be completed without any fees or slippage when transferring assets from Stargate’s core chains to Fuse. Most of the DeFi liquidity on Fuse may move to Stargate-backed assets by establishing a direct connection to Stargate’s infrastructure, eliminating the need for complicated governance decisions or extra capital reserves.
Stargate’s Hydra technology helps Fuse fulfill its objective of providing scalable, user-friendly payment solutions for both individuals and enterprises by eliminating the complexity of conventional liquidity systems. Additionally, it is in line with Fuse’s larger vision, which includes important enhancements like zkEVM support and the Fuse Ember’s transition to modular architecture.
