Yonhap News Agency: Do Kwon is likely to be extradited to the United States

On December 25th, according to reports from Yonhap News Agency, Do Kwon, the founder of Terraform Labs, had his constitutional appeal rejected in Montenegro. The Montenegrin Constitutional Court announced that the unanimous opinion of all judges was to reject Do Kwon's constitutional appeal. This decision means that Do Kwon will face trial in either South Korea or the United States, with the specific decision to be made by the Minister of Justice of Montenegro. Given the previous attitude of the Ministry of Justice and other factors, Yonhap News Agency believes that Do Kwon is likely to be extradited to the United States.
