U.S. SEC Chairman: Bitcoin Is Extremely Speculative, But 7 Billion People Worldwide Want to Trade It
PANews, Jan. 15 -- Gary Gensler, chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), said in a video interview with CNBC, “Bitcoin is a highly speculative asset, but 7 billion people around the world want to trade it. Just like we've had gold for 10,000 years, we now have bitcoin.”
