Featured DDC, Known as "Solana's MSTR," Files $1 Billion Securities Registration with the US SEC
DeFi Development Company (Ticker: JNVR) has filed a $1 billion shelf registration with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated, "We may sell any combination of these securities in one or more offerings, with the offering price and terms to be determined prior to each issuance, with a total maximum offering price of $1 billion." DDC was renamed from Janover earlier this week and is known as "Solana's MSTR." It currently holds approximately $34.4 million in SOL and plans to provide an alternative way for investors to gain exposure to the crypto asset by accumulating and staking Solana.
