According to ChainCatcher, Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, stated on X: "A year ago, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 'unexpectedly' approved a spot Ethereum ETF. I maintained my initial view: because Grayscale won its lawsuit against the SEC, the regulatory body had no choice. I hope to one day understand the full story. Since then, although the regulatory environment has changed significantly, no other spot cryptocurrency ETFs have been officially approved so far."
