Bit Digital invests $67.3 million to acquire an additional 19,683 ETH
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by PR Newswire, Bit Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTBT) announced today that it has purchased approximately 19,683 Ethereum (ETH) using the net proceeds from a recently completed $67.3 million private placement with institutional investors.
Following this transaction, Bit Digital now holds a total of approximately 120,306 Ethereum.
