ChainCatcher news, the listed technology company The Smarter Web Company announced that it has completed the placement of 2.043 million ordinary shares, raising a total of approximately £2.612 million (before expenses), with an average price of about £1.28 per share.
The company will receive about 97% of the settlement funds early this week, while the remaining 548,800 ordinary shares are still pending placement.
