Jinse Finance reported that on June 28, the official Hyperliquid channel announced that the Hyper Foundation will provide approximately $10 million in grants to developers affected by the USDH phase-out. The grants will be used to cover migration costs and support an orderly transition within the ecosystem. In this round of funding, allocations will be made to impacted participants such as HIP-1 spot deployment parties, HIP-3 perpetual contract deployers, HyperEVM protocol, USDH:USDC cross-chain bridges, and Native Markets. Specifically, the subsidies for HIP-1 and HIP-3 are calculated based on the costs of deploying via auction, while the HyperEVM subsidies are assessed according to the scale of impact on USDH TVL. All recipients must complete their migration or close out operations by the end of July. Migration grants are available to teams migrating USDH-related markets or deployments to USDC, while wind-down grants are available to projects choosing to terminate USDH-related operations. The amounts for wind-down grants are lower than equivalent migration schemes to encourage a smooth transition within the ecosystem.
