Avalanche Cortina 15 has been released, adding support for Experimental PebbleDB and more
Patrick O'Grady, the engineering director of Ava Labs, posted on the X platform that Avalanche Cortina 15 has been released. This version (V1.10.15) is backwards compatible with V1.10.0. It is optional, but recommended to use. - Key features of the release: Experimental PebbleDB support, BaseTx support based on P-Chain, and MerkleDB memory optimization. - Compatibility check: Virtual machine interface (V30); "database.Manager" has been removed in Cortina 15. The corresponding support in the virtual machine interface has also been removed. If the user is running a custom virtual machine, it must be updated to V30 to be compatible with AvalancheGo V1.10.15.
