DigitalOcean Announces Pricing of $550 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
BlockBeats News, August 12 — According to a report by Businesswire, DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DOCN) announced today that it has priced a total of $550 million in zero-coupon convertible senior notes due in 2030. This private placement is targeted at investors reasonably deemed to be qualified institutional buyers. The sale of the notes to the initial purchasers is expected to close on August 14, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
In addition, DigitalOcean has granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $75 million in notes within 13 days from the initial issuance date, inclusive of the issuance date.
