BlockBeats News, December 16, the crypto wallet Rainbow Foundation announced that the TGE date for the RNBW token is February 5, 2026.
Furthermore, the Rainbow Foundation will become the largest single shareholder of Rainbow Corporation at the token issuance, holding 20% of the company's shares. Token holders and shareholders will be able to share the same benefits. If Rainbow is acquired in the future, the foundation will gradually dissolve and distribute its net assets (including the income from its 20% equity ownership) to token holders.
