KBC Bank analysts: The framework for keeping the Strait of Hormuz open remains to be clarified

Golden Ten Data, April 8 – KBC Bank analysts stated in a report that as part of the Middle East ceasefire plan, one of the still unresolved and unclear key issues is the framework for reopening the Strait of Hormuz. The analysts said: “How the Strait of Hormuz issue will be resolved politically and logistically (as well as several other unresolved topics) remains to be clarified.” Nonetheless, the market's reaction to the ceasefire is described as a “logical Pavlovian relief move.”
