K3 Capital provides a $30 million on-chain credit facility to Galaxy through the Accountable platform.
Foresight News reports that K3 Capital, through the crypto lending platform Accountable, has provided a $30 million on-chain credit line denominated in AUSD stablecoin to a certain exchange via the vault infrastructure on Monad. The initiative was launched with a full $30 million initial subscription, and will be gradually expanded as LPs join, targeting a total fundraising scale of $100 million. The status of fund deployment, interest accrual, and repayment can all be independently verified on-chain. Each loan term is 90 days, with the option to extend, and up to 30% of the principal can be redeemed monthly. Accountable notes that this is the first time such on-chain credit arrangements have been extended to a listed company borrower with full regulatory disclosure obligations. The exchange in question has total equity of about $2.8 billion and holds approximately $2.6 billion in cash and stablecoins (as of March 31, 2026).
