04:58 PM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AMETEK (AME) said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of a portfolio of instrumentation businesses from Indicor Instrumentation in an all-cash deal valued at $5 billion. The company said Indicor Instrumentation is expected to contribute about $350 million to AMETEK's 2026 sales and is also expected to be "modestly accretive" to its adjusted earnings this year.
