Atlantic American Receives Nasdaq Notice Over Delinquent Filings

05:28 PM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atlantic American (AAME) said late Wednesday it received a Nasdaq non-compliance notice over delinquent SEC filings, including its 2025 annual report and quarterly reports for March 31 and June 30. The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market. Nasdaq has granted the company until Oct. 12 to regain compliance. Atlantic American has until Sept. 4 to submit an updated compliance plan for the June 30 Form 10-Q. If Nasdaq accepts the updated plan, any extension for filing the Form 10-Q will also be limited to Oct. 12, the company added.
