- Total assets climbed to USD 2.06 billion, including USD 1.9 billion of HYPE tokens held; stockholders’ equity totaled USD 1.87 billion.
- Staking revenue rose to USD 9.5 million; interest income reached USD 2.7 million, while SG&A and R&D expenses were USD 14 million.
- HYPE holdings more than doubled to 29.3 million tokens; cash and cash-like instruments were USD 149.9 million, with no debt.
- CEO David Schamis said the company built its platform, launched a top-three validator, and exited legacy biotech operations.
