Apollo, KKR Form Strategic Partnership for Nearly $10 Billion Atlantic Aviation Investment

08:34 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management (APO) and KKR (KKR) said Thursday they established a strategic partnership to support the growth of private aviation company Atlantic Aviation. Apollo-managed funds acquired a significant interest in the business, while KKR-managed funds remained a substantial shareholder, the companies said. Atlantic Aviation provides fixed-base operator services, including aircraft fueling, hangar leasing, and airport infrastructure services across the U.S. The transaction values it at nearly $10 billion, they said.
