- Each unit includes one share, one non-transferable warrant exercisable at CAD 0.9 for 24 months from issuance.
- Net proceeds earmarked for a feasibility study at the Boardwalk Lithium Brine Project in northwest Alberta, with remaining funds for working capital.
- Closing targeted for Aug. 28, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
