Gold X2 Mining Gets NYSE American Listing Approval and Extension of Deadline for AGM

08:38 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gold X2 Mining's (AUXX.V) shares have been approved for listing on the NYSE American LLC, and are expected to start trading on the NYSE American under symbol AUXX on Sept. 8, or as soon as permitted, it said Wednesday. The shares will stop trading on the OTCQB once trading begins on the NYSE American, said the company. The company's shares will continue trading under ticker symbol AUXX on the TSX Venture Exchange, it added. Additionally, the company is now required to hold its annual general meeting of shareholders for 2026 by Jan. 26, 2027, as the British Columbia Registrar of Companies and the TSXV granted it an extension to hold its AGM, which it was originally required to hold by Sept. 26, 2026, added Gold X2 Mining. "Access to the world's largest and most liquid equity market is expected to significantly enhance our exposure to U.S. institutional and retail investors while providing a stronger platform to unlock the value of the Moss Gold Project," said Chief Executive Officer Michael Henrichsen.
