Palantir, PwC Expand Alliance to Scale Enterprise AI

08:58 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Palantir Technologies (PLTR) and PwC expanded their strategic alliance to support organizations in deploying AI across critical business operations, PwC said Thursday. The collaboration will focus on scaling enterprise AI, transforming mergers and acquisitions, and modernizing ERP systems, it said. Palantir will combine its AI and data platforms with PwC's engineering and business transformation expertise, it added. PwC and Palantir are also introducing an AI-native deals IT platform designed to accelerate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by up to 50% and reduce one-time transaction costs by up to 45%, according to PwC. The alliance will target AI deployment in areas including supply chains, logistics, customer management, cybersecurity, capital projects, and real estate, PwC said.
