Nordique Submits Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project's PEA Technical Report and Financial Plan to TSXV

07:13 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordique Critical Metals (NQC.V) submitted the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project's preliminary economic assessment (PEA) technical report and corresponding financial plan to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), it said in a statement late Thursday. The submissions of these reports are needed for the company to buy and exercise its option to earn an undivided interest of up to 80% in the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project, subject to some conditions, it said. Nordique is currently awaiting feedback from the TSXV on its submissions. Shares of the company closed up 9% to CA$0.06 on Thursday on the TSXV.
