Job One for Lululemon's New CEO: Yoga With Employees -- WSJ
Dow Jones2026/09/08 21:15Lululemon Athletica's new chief executive immersed herself in the company's culture on day one by taking a yoga class with employees at the company's Vancouver, British Columbia headquarters.
Heidi O'Neill also said in a blog post Tuesday that she plans to hold a fireside chat with employees later this week where she will share more about her background and answer questions.
The former Nike executive said in the post that she has a plan for reviving Lululemon and it starts with creating innovative and distinctive products. The company lost its way recently and sales, particularly in North America, have been falling. The brand that helped make athleisure a mainstay is facing more intense competition and has suffered from missteps that include product recalls.
