GlobalFoundries, Monolithic Power Sign Manufacturing Agreement to Collaborate on Power Management

08:56 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GlobalFoundries (GFS) has entered into a long-term manufacturing agreement to deploy Monolithic Power Systems' (MPWR) process technology to its 300mm manufacturing facility in Singapore, the two companies said Wednesday. Financial terms of the agreement were not provided. The collaboration will allow the two companies to expand the manufacturing capacity of critical power management offerings, targeting high-growth markets in early 2027, according to a statement.
