10:15 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MercadoLibre (MELI) said Thursday it successfully issued $1 billion of senior unsecured notes due in 2036. The 10-year notes carry an interest rate of 5.850% and attracted strong institutional demand, the company said. The proceeds will support general corporate purposes and improve financial liquidity, MercadoLibre said. Price: 1881.49, Change: +5.15, Percent Change: +0.27
