The company has sought several tranches of debt ranging from three to seven years in Singapore dollars and yen, according to the people, the report said. The loan will likely be used to acquire assets from AirTrunk and refinance existing debt, the people said, adding that terms have not been finalized, according to the report. AirTrunk is close to filing confidentially for the REIT IPO, people familiar with the matter said in June, the report said, with earlier reports indicating the offering could raise about $1.5 billion.
