Alibaba Group, DHL Partner on AI Logistics for Small Businesses

03:31 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alibaba Group (BABA) signed a memorandum of understanding with DHL Group to introduce artificial intelligence capabilities to international trade for small and medium-sized businesses, DHL said Thursday. The collaboration aims to integrate AI tools into the supply chain, such as sourcing and shipment, the company said. The companies will evaluate connecting freight forwarding services to Alibaba's Accio platform to deliver instant quotes and booking options, DHL said. Shares of the company were up 1% in Friday premarket activity.
