Crown Castle Names Chief Commercial Officer Hinson as Next CFO

04:49 PM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Castle (CCI) said Monday that Kris Hinson, currently executive vice president and chief commercial officer, will be appointed chief financial officer effective April 1, succeeding Sunit Patel, who is retiring. Patel's retirement is effective March 31, 2027, following the filing of the company's 2026 Form 10-K. Additionally, Cathy Piche, executive vice president and chief operating officer, will leave the company to pursue other endeavors. She will step down as COO effective Sept. 23 and remain as a special advisor through her departure on Feb. 22, the company said, adding that it has begun a search for her replacement.
