Moscow Exchange, Russia’s largest stock exchange, is launching new perpetual futures contracts based on five major cryptocurrencies.
According to the exchange’s announcement, trading in contracts tracking Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and TRX indices will begin on September 22, 2026. Only qualified investors will have access to the new products.
Contracts bearing the codes BTCUSDF, ETHUSDF, SOLUSDF, XRPUSDF, and TRXUSDF will be based on cryptocurrency indices calculated by the Moscow Exchange.
The products are designed as one-day futures contracts with a daily automatic renewal system. This means open positions can be automatically carried over to the next day without investors needing to open a new contract each day.
The contracts will be priced in US dollars, but financial settlement will be conducted in Russian rubles. Investors will not receive Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other cryptocurrencies as a result of the transaction.
Moscow Exchange had previously launched futures contracts linked to Bitcoin and Ethereum, and now also futures contracts linked to the Solana, XRP, and TRX indices. With this new step, alternative contracts with no expiration date will be offered for these five assets.
