QuidelOrtho amends Bank of America-led credit agreement, resets covenants through September 2029

- Covenants reset through the fiscal quarter ending Sept. 30, 2029, easing leverage and interest-coverage requirements during a relief period.
- Maximum consolidated leverage set at 5.5x through July 2, 2028, stepping down to 4.25x on or after Sept. 30, 2029.
- Minimum consolidated interest coverage set at 2.25x through July 2, 2028, rising to 3x on or after Sept. 30, 2029.
- Pricing revised for Term Loan A facilities, revolving loans, commitment fees; Term Loan B interest terms unchanged.
