Stepan enters USD 500 million credit agreement led by JPMorgan, Bank of America

- Package includes a USD 350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility, a USD 150 million delayed draw term loan facility.
- Both facilities mature on Sept. 25, 2031.
- Deal includes an expansion option to add up to USD 250 million in revolving capacity or incremental term loans.
- New facilities replace the June 24, 2022 revolving facility of USD 350 million, delayed draw term loan facility of USD 100 million.
