Draganfly Receives $10 Million Investment From Unusual Machines, US Investment Fund

08:20 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Draganfly (DPRO) said Monday it received a $10 million investment from Unusual Machines (UMAC) and an unnamed US investment fund. Under the deal, the company and the fund are each investing $5 million in the Canadian drone company, it said. The investment is a registered direct offering to purchase 1.9 million shares at a price of $5.35 per share, the company said. The deal is expected to close Tuesday. Draganfly shares were 2.8% higher in premarket trading.
