Ellison, the son of Oracle (ORCL) co-founder Larry Ellison, and his family acquired around 1.4 billion shares in a stock offering tied to the $110 billion acquisition, Bloomberg said. MT Newswires could not immediately verify the filings. Investors paid a syndication purchase price of $12 per share, the company disclosed in a Tuesday filing.
