On October 22, the Central Bank of Ireland announced a fine of €3.2526 million for Exchange Ireland Limited due to violations of customer fund protection and outsourcing requirements. Exchange Ireland Limited admitted to the violations, which occurred between November 1, 2020 and August 19, 2025, with a settlement reached on October 21.
