The fund seeks daily investment results corresponding to 200% of the daily performance of the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM), making it a high-conviction short-term trading instrument. The underlying DRAM ETF is concentrated in global memory semiconductor leaders, with its top three holdings being Micron Technology (MU, ~27%), SK Hynix (~25%), and Samsung Electronics (~20%) — together accounting for over 70% of the portfolio. The fund covers the full memory product spectrum including DRAM, NAND, and HBM, positioning it as a direct beneficiary of surging AI data center demand for memory chips.
