Data: USDT issued on the TRON chain accounts for 50% of the total issuance

According to the latest "Q4 2023 TRON Status" report released by Messari, the market value of TRX has grown to $9.4 billion, an increase of 87% year-on-year. The fourth quarter revenue increased by 14% quarter-on-quarter in US dollars, from $105 million to $119 million. In 2023 as a whole, only Ethereum and Bitcoin's revenues exceeded that of TRON.

 

The total staking volume of TRON increased by 4% year-on-year, reaching 46.1 billion TRX. The utilization rate of Stake 2.0 continues to grow, with 30% of the staked supply choosing this option. USDT on TRON performed strongly in 2023 and grew by 11% in the fourth quarter. By the end of the fourth quarter, USDT issued on TRON accounted for 50% of the total issuance.

 

It is reported that s tUSDT on TRON became the second largest Real World Asset (RWA) protocol in Q4 . Over $2.2 billion worth USDT has been deposited into this protocol.
