According to Lookonchain data, Two Whales addresses have been buying BTC on the low lately, with "1L7gnf" withdrawing 820 BTC ($51.62 million) from CEX in the last 2 hours, and 3,532 BTC ($2.22 million) from CEX since March 14, when the price of BTC fell. The new wallet "bc1q6d" withdrew 425 BTC ($26.85 million) from CEX three hours ago.
