Feds Barkin: Scenario of one rate cut and then keeping rates unchanged may be reasonable

Odaily News Fed Chairman Barkin said that he strongly felt that interest rates were at a restrictive level, and that a scenario of cutting interest rates once and then keeping them unchanged might be reasonable.
