According to Lookonchain monitoring, an investor withdrew 6,127 ETH (21.7 million USD) from Binance today. Over the past two years, he has made a profit of about 20 million USD through trading ETH. However, after the price dropped, he repeatedly panicked and deposited his ETH into Binance.
