An Ethereum ICO participant address transferred 7000 ETH to CEX
According to EmberCN monitoring, a whale who participated in the Ethereum ICO in 2015 and obtained 254,900 ETH (ICO price $0.311) has transferred 7,000 ETH ($24.28 million) into CEX after being dormant for 209 days just 15 minutes ago. Currently, this whale still holds 40,000 ETH ($139.5 million).
