GrayScale Poll: U.S. Voters Growing Concern for Bitcoin
Grayscale commissioned The Harris Poll to survey voters on the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. The latest longitudinal survey data from Phase 2 (conducted April 0 - May 2, 2024) reinforces the results of Phase 1 and highlights that the U.S. electorate has maintained many of the same priorities and attitudes since Phase 1 was conducted on November 27-29, 2023. However, there have been some noteworthy shifts in interest and perceptions around owning cryptocurrencies and how voters view cryptocurrencies in the political landscape - two topics that are becoming increasingly important in the run-up to the 2024 U.S. election. The latest survey shows that the relevance of Bitcoin is increasing due to macro dynamics and its own maturity, with nearly half of voters (47%) now anticipating that they will include cryptocurrencies in their portfolios (compared to 40% at the end of last year).
