Tether minted 1 billion USDT on Ethereum and transferred 183.2 million USDT to Cumberland

According to Spot On Chain monitoring, Tether has minted 1 billion USDT on Ethereum and transferred 183.2 million USDT to Cumberland for CEX deposits in the past 13 hours! Since the crash on August 5th, Cumberland has received 953 million USDT from Tether and injected 906.7 million USDT into various CEXs.
