BTC rises over $500 after Fed Chair Powell speech

According to market news, the Wall Street Journal said Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell sent the strongest signal yet for a rate cut, as he said the Fed intends to take action to avoid further weakness in the U.S. labor market.
