Unichain Whitepaper: Node Operators Need to Pledge UNI Tokens on EtherNet Master to Become UVN Validators
On October 10, the Unichain whitepaper stated that in order to become a validator in the UVN (Unichain Virtual Machine), a node operator must pledge UNI tokens on the main EtherNet. Participants can also pledge and vote for verifiers to increase the pledge weight of that verifier. A limited number of Validators with the highest Pledge Weight will be considered Active Sets and will be eligible to publish Proofs and receive the specified payout for that Epochs.
