According to @ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, since October 29th, the whale or institutional account with the address 0xb99...cBcF5 has accumulated a position of 20,222 ETH. Six hours ago, this address deposited 3,850 ETH into CEX, worth about $9.3 million. Based on the cost of building positions in the past week at approximately $2,657 per ETH, if all are sold this time around, this account will face a loss of about $930k.
