Polkadot 2025 roadmap update: DOT as a universal fee token has been completed, rapid unstaking is in progress

Polkaworld has released an update to the Polkadot roadmap for 2025. The ongoing work mainly includes: XCMv5, smart contracts on Asset Hub, elastic expansion being tested in Westend, initial release of JAM Rust SDK, rapid unbonding (the original function of vTokens has been completed since 2022). Completed tasks primarily include: unified address format and DOT as a universal fee token.
