The Initia-based L1 construction protocol, Cabal, has completed a $3 million financing round with participation from Delphi Digital, Nascent and HackVC. Inspired by Curve Wars, Cabal aggregates VIP rewards and governance power through its Layer 1 structure built on Initia by allowing users to deposit INIT and LP tokens in exchange for liquid, governable wrappers.
